Created by women, for women.

Wholness was born out of frustration. The frustration of looking for a simple, well-dosed, clearly explained supplement — and only finding black jars covered with lightning bolts, designed for bodies that aren't ours.

What drives us

I started taking creatine out of professional curiosity, after years of working for supplement brands. I read everything there was to read, I tried it myself, and then my friends asked me what I was taking.

And every time, the same conversation: is it dangerous, is it for men, do I really need it? Legitimate questions that almost no one answers seriously.

Women's bodies change, and we don't talk about it

There are pregnancies, post-partum, perimenopause, menopause. Periods where the body transforms, where muscle mass changes, where fatigue has a different texture. These are known, documented mechanisms—and yet rarely explained.

We do not claim to solve these stages. We simply want women going through them to find clear products, correct dosages, and information that doesn't treat them like beginners.

Who is behind it

Wholness is an organization led by Virginie and Sophie from the south of France with the help of formulation professionals, doctors, and scientists. We read, we cite our sources, and we say when science has not yet made a decision.

Our mission: to offer all the transparency we would have liked to find.

The problem

Most supplements address a default body: the one that has been studied the most. The dosages, visuals, and accompanying discourse all stem from this.

The result: labels that list fifteen ingredients without explaining them, promises that no one can keep, and very few serious answers to the questions we actually ask ourselves — is it dangerous, is it for me, do I need it.

Our response

Educating and guiding women through their hormonal changes.

And also, a first product.
One molecule, one dose. Aplomb is 5g creatine monohydrate in stick form — and a label that fits on two lines.

We write what is recognized in Europe, word for word, with the conditions. For the rest, we cite our sources and state when science has not yet made a definitive decision. It's less spectacular. It's verifiable.
